Job description:
Validates the information encoded by Sales Department in the system bases on the Vehicle Sales Quotation, Bank PO/ATD and/or Credit Advise.
Prepares and prints Vehicles Sales Invoice, Vehicles Delivery Receipt and Credit Memo from the system
Coordinates the Finance Coordinator regarding financing transaction and prepares the related promissory note with Chattel Mortgage (PNCM) Form.
Assists the accounting supervisor and Financing coordinator in compiling the Dealer Documents, such as Vehicles Sales Invoice, Vehicle Delivery Receipts, Credit Memo, PNCM and Signed Bank Purchase order, to be delivered to respective banks. Monitor and complies used and unused vehicles sales invoice, vehicle delivery receipt, credit memo and promissory notes with chattel mortgage.
Monitors and complies folders for units released.
