Accounting Assistant

Responsible for providing accounting and administrative services.

• This function includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Ensures effective, efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Ensures vendors, suppliers, and other requests are all paid with the correct amount and it's within the within the timeline.
• Responsible in maintaining records, monitoring, and preparation of schedules of the GL Accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• With years of experience in AP and / or bookkeeping
• With exposure to accounting software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
