Accounting Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team at Ditucalan Merchandising OPC in Pulilan, Bulacan. This full-time role will involve providing support across a range of accounting and bookkeeping duties to ensure the smooth running of our finance operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations
2. Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
3. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
4. Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash flow
5. Providing administrative support to the accounting team
6. Adhering to company policies, procedures and accounting standards

What we're looking for

1. Relevant qualifications in Accounting or with BIR and ODOO experience
2. Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small to large scale business environment ...
