What you'll be doing

• Enter vendor and customer invoices into the accounting system
• Enter customer invoices into the customer portal to process receipts
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
• Apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) to open invoices
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts (when applicable)
• Review entries for accuracy, proper coding, and completeness
• Assist with daily cash receipts logging and deposits
