Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the month-end closing schedules, including accruals, and other balance sheet accounts
• Perform account reconciliations, monitor and resolve reconciling items, and maintain reconciliation trackers
• Maintain organized reporting files and ensure proper version control and documentation standards
• Ensure supporting documents (invoices, contracts, approvals) are complete and properly filed
• Coordinate with other departments
