About the role

First Eduspec Inc. (a subsidiary of REX Education) is seeking an Accounting Assistant (Payables and Taxation) to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial affairs, with a focus on payables and taxation.

What you'll be doing

1. Process and record accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments
2. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents
3. Reconcile accounts and maintain detailed records of financial transactions
4. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
5. Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
