Accounting Assistant

Qualifications:

• With a college degree in Business Accountancy or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in any accountancy position.
• With background in automated accounting/financial system.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• With average written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing of AP vouchers including preparation of checks and BIR 2307.
• Preparation of corresponding journal entries.
• Changes expenses to proper accounts and cost entries.
• Prepare monthly input VAT and expanded with tax for BIR reporting.
• Monitors advances and its liquidation. Prepares DM for payroll deductions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
