Accounting Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at Globaline Packaging Solutions Inc. in Santa Mesa, Manila City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall financial operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Support the Accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
