Yinshan Lending Inc. is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist - Invoicing Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reports To: Finance Manager
• Prepare, generate, and issue accurate invoices for loan disbursements, repayments, interest, and fees. Ensure all invoice data complies with internal policies and relevant lending agreements. Coordinate with the lending and collections teams to ensure accuracy in billing and customer data. Reconcile customer payments from the Masterfile versus the manual invoices. Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
