Yinshan Lending Inc. is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist - Invoicing Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare, generate, and issue accurate invoices for loan disbursements, repayments, interest, and fees.
• Ensure all invoice data complies with internal policies and relevant lending agreements.
• Coordinate with the lending and collections teams to ensure accuracy in billing and customer data.
• Reconcile customer payments from the Masterfile versus the manual invoices made.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
