• Update and matching of credit card collections
• Update of bank statement gsheet
• Coordination of credit card differences with the bank
• Maintenance of cash receipts and cash disbursement books

b. Weekly Activities

• Coordination of credit card differences with the bank
• Weekly posting of credit card transactions
• Bank Reconciliation for local banks

c. Month End Activities

• Credit Card posting cutoff based on month end closing
• Submission of credit card sales breakdown per bank per mode of payment
• Confirmation of credit card balance per bank
• Update of passbook per bank
• Balance Sheet account reconciliation of the credit card account
• Perform review of accounts based on assigned income statement account
