Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
• Support audit-related tasks and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Adapt to ad-hoc tasks and reporting as required by the Singapore office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, with audit experience (Singapore or Malaysia preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently during US night hours (100% remote).
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
