Accounting Associate

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any other related four‑year accounting course
• Knowledgeable in GAAP
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains accurate and complete disbursement vouchers and supporting documents.
• Ensures accurate and complete reports for RM, Aman Realty and Kalipay Market.
• Ensures accurate and timely submission of reports
• Ensures timely and accurate check issuances.
• Monitors regularly sufficient daily cash position and ASTL of VP Finance and Admin.
• Ensures on time preparation and accurate disbursement of payroll for RM, Aman, and Kalipay.
