QUALIFICATIONS:

*Graduate of any course

*Minimum 1-2yrs accounting experience

*Amenable to work Mon-Sat 8:30-5:30pm

*Can start asap

Job Description:

· Functions as the working fund custodian – issuance, monitoring and reporting;

· Ensures regular/recurring expenses are timely paid (taxes, internet, utilities, etc.);

· Custodian of SOF and PCV forms, except original copies of SOF for collection;

· Converts confirmed shipment for Technical Sales into invoice in Acumatica based on SOFs;

· Serves as back-up for Technical Head in the preparation of sales orders in Acumatica to ensure timely recording of transactions;
