Accounting Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Associate to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with audits and respond to auditor inquiries
• Process expense reports and ensure policy compliance
• Perform data entry and other administrative accounting tasks as needed
