Accounting Associate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially MS Excel.
• Knowledgeable in Accounting Software - NAV experience is an advantage
• Keen on details
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
• Candidates must be willing to be assigned at Magallanes, Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares the daily validation of deposits vs cash, gcash and paymaya sales
• Prepares the daily reporting of discrepancies on collection from Cash/deposits;
• Prepares, posts application of collection/cash receipts in system versus validated deposit
• Assists Accountants and other financial professionals in creating and editing financial documents
• Ensures that all transactions that will be processed is in accordance with the Company Policy
