Accounting Associate

As an Accounting Associate, you'll be responsible of the following:
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between the company's financial records and bank statements.
Review and maintain lapsing schedules to ensure proper allocation of assets and liabilities and compliance with depreciation schedules.
Verify and ensure that all accounting entries are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies.
Conduct stock audits in the warehouse to ensure physical inventory matches the recorded stock levels.
Assist in conducting internal audits at the head office to ensure compliance with financial policies and operational efficiency.
Perform internal audits at branch locations to assess adherence to financial controls and identify operational risks.
Audit the Petty Cash Fund (PCF) and Change Fund to ensure cash balances are accurate and properly documented.
