Accounting Associate

As an Accounting Associate , you'll be responsible of the following:

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between the company's financial records and bank statements.
• Review and maintain lapsing schedules to ensure proper allocation of assets and liabilities and compliance with depreciation schedules.
• Verify and ensure that all accounting entries are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies.
• Conduct stock audits in the warehouse to ensure physical inventory matches the recorded stock levels.
• Assist in conducting internal audits at the head office to ensure compliance with financial policies and operational efficiency.
• Perform internal audits at branch locations to assess adherence to financial controls and identify operational risks.
• Audit the Petty Cash Fund (PCF) and Change Fund to ensure cash balances are accurate and properly documented.
