Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate – Accounts Receivable supports the Finance team of Dunkin' Philippines by ensuring the timely and accurate recording and collection of accounts receivable from franchisees, employees, and other related accounts. The role requires prior hands-on experience in accounts receivable or general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable from Dunkin' PH franchisees, employees, and other accounts
• Update and maintain accounts receivable subsidiary ledgers
• Monitor aging of receivables and perform regular follow-ups on overdue balances
• Prepare and issue billing statements, collection notices, and reminders for unpaid accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams (Franchise, Operations, HR) regarding receivable concerns
• Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of AR accounts
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company accounting policies
