Brief Overview
The Accounting Associate – Fixed Assets at Dunkin PH is responsible for accurate management and accounting of the company's fixed assets and equipment. This role includes encoding and filing fixed assets transfer slips and inventory count sheets, maintaining repairs and maintenance vouchers, conducting on-site inventory, preparing property tags, and assisting in monthly maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and file fixed assets transfer slips and inventory count sheets
• Maintain filing of fixed assets and repairs & maintenance vouchers
• Conduct on-site inventory checks of fixed assets and equipment
• Prepare and attach equipment/property tags
• Assist in preparing monthly repairs and maintenance schedules
• Support general accounting processes related to fixed assets
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
