Accounting Associate

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Checking of Daily Sales Report.
2. Sorting Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice
3. Preparing SOA/Counter Receipt.
4. Maintaining of Invoices to customer's respective manual record.
5. Posting Manual Payments in journal card.
6. Posting of Payment System (Collector's Receipt).
7. Preparing Payables and Withholding tax certificate of Major Suppliers.
8. Handling Petty Cash and preparing petty cash report.
9. Verify and Match invoice of delivery receipt and sales invoice for payables
10. Preparing Check Report of purchase order to supplier
11. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least a university degree in Financial Accounting or other related courses.
2. Sufficient accounting work experience.
3. Possess excellent understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Access and Excel, as well as knowledge of general accounting theor...
