Job Summary:
The Reporting / Billing Data Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of daily client reports. This role ensures billable data is correctly extracted, validated, and distributed in accordance with contract terms, while promptly identifying and escalating reporting issues for immediate resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver daily reports for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and on-time distribution.
• Access internal and external reporting systems to extract and compile billable data for assigned accounts.
• Populate predefined client workbooks with verified billable attributes.
• Perform data validation checks based on contract requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Distribute completed reports to designated OTC analysts.
