Key Job Responsibilities
Additions:
Provide fixed asset requested by the Branches and Home Office
Follow through approval of the requested fixed assets
Create PO for New Fixed Asset Purchases not in inventory
Request processing for assets that will be coming from inventory
Record the asset in the Accounting Software
Tag the asset and update the monitoring file before release
Lapsing schedule and depreciation should be updated
Disposals:
Follow through pull out of the assets in the Branches/Home Office
Record the disposal in the Accounting Software
Update the monitoring file to exclude the asset pulled out
Lapsing schedule and depreciation should be updated
Accumulated depreciation
Record monthly depreciation expense
Monitoring:
Perform fixed asset count
Sign on Clearance form related to turnover of fixed assets
If needed, issue IR to branches and eventually ATD for damaged fixed assets
