Accounting Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintain General Ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate accounting records
Conduct data entry of financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and support tax filings and ensure compliance with BIR requirements
Generate financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation of accounting data
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience (AP/AR, GL, Payroll, Tax)
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
Knowledge of Philippine taxation and statutory requirements
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
