Job Description

BE HOTELS AND RESORTS MACTAN 
Is currently looking for: 
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE 
Job description: 
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable/receivable data  
Accurately review, code and process vendor invoices 
Perform monthly reconciliations 
Perform data entry associated with accounts payable/receivable 
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies 
Address and respond to vendor inquiries 
Encodes receipts for input VAT for monthly reporting 
Releases check based on schedule and availability 
Qualifications: 
Education 
Graduate of Business related course ( BSBA, BSA, Accounting Tech, etc) 
Others 
With Hotel/Resort Industry experience is an advantage
With SAP exposure is an advantage
Experience with payables/receivable is preferable 
Job Type: Full-time
