Key Responsibilities​

​A. Financial Operations (FinOps)​

• ​​​Process and record daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, reimbursements, petty cash).​
• ​Verify invoices, receipts, and disbursements for accuracy and proper approval.​
• Coordinate with clinics and sales teams for collections, deposits, and expense requests.​
• Assist in inventory monitoring and consumable stock reconciliation.​
• ​​Support tax and business compliance by preparing attachments and schedules for BIR filings.​
• Prepare documentation for operational audits and provide necessary supporting reports.​
• Help implement and document SOPs as instructed by senior staff.​

​B. Financial Management (FinMan)​

• ​​​Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for review.​
• Support preparation of monthly and quarterly BIR reports and attachments.​
