Accounting Associate

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any finance-related field
• Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of accounting principles, practices, tax regulations, and invoicing procedures
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems; exposure to QuickBooks (QB) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and functions
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with internal teams and external partners
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
