Accounting Associate

Job Description

​The Accounting Associate supports daily financial operations by preparing transaction records, reconciliations, and​ ​documentation for both FinOps and FinMan functions. The Accounting Associate may be assigned to a specific​ ​entity and will focus on one company, while maintaining readiness to assist across group-level accounting needs.​

Key Responsibilities​

​A. Financial Operations (FinOps)​

• ​​​Process and record daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, reimbursements, petty cash).​
• ​Verify invoices, receipts, and disbursements for accuracy and proper approval.​
• Coordinate with clinics and sales teams for collections, deposits, and expense requests.​
• Assist in inventory monitoring and consumable stock reconciliation.​
