KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Cash Handling & Bank Transactions

• Deposit and withdraw funds from the bank as needed.
• Check and verify client payments and supplier payments.
• Check and record driver/installer remittances from client payments, including their expenses.

B. Billing, Collection & Tracking

• Ensure all client payments are properly recorded and billing trackers are consistently updated.
• Follow up and verify payment status with clients when necessary.

C. Government Compliance & Permits

• Handle payment of government-mandated benefits through the bank or Bayad Center.
• Responsible for the annual renewal of the Business Permit.
• Process BIR payments and ensure timely filing and compliance.

D. Support for Field Personnel

• Manage inspectors' daily food and transportation allowances.
