Accounting Associate

• Review and verify warehouse shipment transactions to ensure accurate payment, including canceled and returned orders.
• Track, document, and file disputes for unpaid or unreturned transactions in a timely manner.
• Ensure disputes are filed within required timelines to prevent potential financial losses to the company.
• Coordinate closely with the finance, customer service, and operations teams to resolve refund disputes and reconcile refund transactions.
• Prepare and generate sales income reports to support management in financial analysis and decision-making.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
