Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end accounting functions for 
  residential property management
  , including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bill processing, and bank reconciliations
• Manage and record transactions using 
  AppFolio
  , including vendor bills, owner statements, tenant charges, and payments
• Post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes for assigned properties
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for multiple residential properties
• Prepare and support financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and owner reports
