Accounting Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



• Prepare journal entries and accruals to ensure accurate and complete financial records

• Support month-end closing and maintain accuracy of accounting reports

• File and monitor tax documents (VAT, EWT, FBT, etc.)

• Monitor and update inventory records; assist in inventory reporting and year-end count

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned



QUALIFICATIONS



• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field

• At least 1 year accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and regulations

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience using accounting software is an advantage
