QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
• At least 2-5 years of experience as a Accounting Associate.
• Experience working in an accounting firm is required
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Highly keen to details, analytical, and well-organized
• CPA license is an advantage but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports
• Handle audits, tax filings, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Coordinate with management and external auditors.
