☑️ Experienced Senior Associate or Manager (Financial Prep)

Minimum requirements for all roles:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role; experience with compilations is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
