Accounting Auditor

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in the food/beverage or hospitality industry is a significant plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
• Deep dive into inventory valuation (FIFO, LIFO), cost of goods sold (COGS), and menu engineering.
• Auditing processes related to food sourcing, handling, waste management, and supplier pricing.
