Job Description
1.Record and manage all accounting transactions (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger) in compliance with accounting standards.
2.Prepare and review accounting documents, including payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and tax invoices.
3.Prepare and submit tax filings (e.g., PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, PP.30, PP.36) accurately and on time.
4.Perform bank reconciliation and verify the accuracy of financial records.
5.Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
6.Maintain and organize accounting documents in compliance with legal and audit requirements.
7.Coordinate with external auditors, the Revenue Department, and other relevant parties.
