Accounting Clerk - Co-op

This 4 month co-op position will work closely with the Finance team, supporting accurate inventory management within the warehouse environment. By balancing attention to detail with a strong service first mindset, you’ll help ensure inventory and financial records are complete, accurate, and aligned to ensure      smooth operations across the business. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:

• Support inventory accuracy by matching and verifying order manifests, signed PODs, invoices, and receiving reports against purchase orders.
• Verify pricing, quantities, PLU codes, and product descriptions to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Enter and validate shipments, cost adjustments, and quantity adjustments within the Farm Boy warehouse management system.
