Melo LLP is a full service accounting firm committed to delivering excellence in accounting and financial management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team and support our financial operations.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and processing accounts payable. This position demands a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions.
- Process expense reimbursements.
- Process biweekly A/P cheque run.
- Receive A/R payments.
- Handle A/R collections.
- Handle data entry and ensure records are up to date.
