Accounting Clerk

Style & Ease Clothing / InPrint is a fast-growing, creative textile and printing company based in Montreal. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to help support our financial operations and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Maintain and update financial records (accounts payable and receivable)
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with month‑end closings
• Prepare financial reports and summaries• Support payroll and tax filings
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Organize financial documentation for audits
• Perform general accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in accounting or finance is an asset)
