About the Role
Join our growing Finance team as an Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable). You will help ensure accurate financial transactions, timely payments, and smooth billing processes for both clients and vendors. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, purchase orders (POs), delivery receipts (DRs), and payments
• Prepare accurate billings and Statements of Account (SOA)
• Monitor and track client payments
• Reconcile accounts and analyze discrepancies or variances
• Maintain organized and complete financial records
• Coordinate professionally with suppliers, clients, HR, and Operations teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
