Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Assistant to support the procurement and inventory operations of the organization. This role is responsible for price monitoring, sales data encoding, purchase order coordination, inventory tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and accountability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Price Monitoring and Validation

• Regularly review and compare published platform prices against approved item pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and report pricing discrepancies for immediate resolution.

Sales Encoding and Reconciliation

• Accurately encode sales data from various sales platforms and channels.
• Ensure proper inventory deductions and alignment of sales records with inventory movements.
