Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk with experience in import and export operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of international logistics documentation and billing. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work closely with operations and finance teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions related to import and export

operations

• Enter and reconcile invoices, freight charges, duties, and related logistics costs in QuickBooks

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records for international shipments

• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and bank transactions
