Job Description
YOUR ROLE
Under the supervision of the Chief Accountant, and in close collaboration with the Finance and Accounting team, you will be responsible for tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable, including issuing customer invoices, monitoring and collecting accounts receivable, entering supplier invoices into the accounting system, preparing reconciliation tables, supporting the team in various tasks related to the accounting cycle, and other administrative tasks as required.
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
• College diploma (DEC) in accounting, or equivalent training or relevant experience may compensate for the lack of a diploma.
• Two (2) years of accounting experience.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP is an asset.
• Versatility, autonomy, organizational skills.
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Knowledge of Cree culture and language is an asset.
