Accounting & Compliance Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for accurate financial records, full tax and statutory compliance, cost control, and reliable financial reporting across retail distribution, manufacturing, and raw material procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts (sales, inventory, manufacturing costs, expenses)
• Perform monthly closing and reconciliations (bank, AR/AP, inventory)
• Ensure timely and accurate filing/payment of all taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax)
• Oversee BIR compliance, alphalists, books of accounts, and audit requirements
• Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and cost variances
• Implement expense monitoring, budgets, and internal controls
• Oversee cash flow, collections, and supplier payments
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
