Focus on reviewing and adjusting GR/IR accounts by matching goods receipts with supplier invoices, clearing discrepancies, and investigating any aged or unusual variances. Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, and AP to resolve missing or incorrect information, ensuring all adjustments follow accounting policies. Complete key general accounting tasks such as posting journal entries, validating payment applications, reviewing AR aging, and maintaining accurate documentation to support month‑end readiness and clean financial records.
