Accounting Coordinator

Accounting Coordinator Location:

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada – Ottawa’s west end

Work arrangement:

Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Pay rate:

CA$27.00 – CA$30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Process AP invoices, coding, approvals, and payment runs.

Prepare AR invoices, apply payments, and support basic collections.

Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and general ledger updates.

Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
