The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing departmental budgets and ensuring proper allocation and utilization of funds in accordance with institutional policies and financial guidelines. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of all major accounting functions, including general ledger management, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, accounts payable and receivable, compliance, and internal controls.
The position involves reviewing and reconciling accounts, monitoring expenditures, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining systematic financial records. The Accounting Coordinator also provides financial analysis and supports management in strategic planning and decision-making within the academic setting.
Qualifications
