Accounting Executive

JOB PURPOSE

• To assist in daily accounting task in order to provide up to date financial information/ needs to Superior/ Management for financial reporting and decision-making process of the organization
• To provide accurate and timely financial information to Management and comply to statutory requirements/ regulations

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Timely processing of all inter-company transaction
• Managing month end accounting process
• Backup for AR and AP transaction
• Invoices voucher entry
• Ability to prepare journal entry
• Prepare monthly reporting
• Fixed Assets Management
• Preparation of weekly cash flow forecast for Airline/Shippers and Account Payable portion
• Liaise with internal/ external auditor on taxation and audit matter
• Assist with month end report
• To undertake other assignment from Superior/ Management.
