Accounting Facultative Reinsurance Senior Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Payment Monitoring and Processing for Reinsurers / Ceding Companies
  Oversees facultative accounts due within the month, with particular attention to those covered by Premium Payment Warranty. Manages accounting functions for non-proportional treaty accounts. Reviews, reconciles, and analyzes Statements of Account (S/A) received from reinsurers and confirms balances accordingly. Prepares monthly reports reflecting the net position of reinsurance balances.

• Billing and Collection of Reinsurance Receivables
  Handles cash calls from reinsurers and coordinates with claims officers from relevant departments to verify issues such as incomplete documentation or requests for payment deferment.
