We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Analyst who is based in Colombia. This role is ideal for candidates with strong accounting fundamentals, audit experience in asset management, and an interest in U.S. registered funds.

English: Advanced

years of relevant accounting or finance experience.

Prior experience at a public accounting firm preferred.

Experience auditing or supporting: Investment funds, Hedge funds, Mutual funds, ETFs, Asset managers.

Technical Accounting Knowledge: U.S. GAAP, Financial statement preparation, Investment company accounting concepts, Experience reviewing audited financials and supporting audit processes.

Technical & Systems Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Financial statements, modeling, and reconciliations.

Plus Qualifications:

· Direct experience with 40-Act funds or ETF issuers

· Experience with SEC filings (N-CSR, N-CEN, N-PORT, etc.)
